Another account from your organization is already signed in on this device, Try a different account Error in Windows.

On your Mac open keychain
Click on login
Search or office
Scroll down to where you see Microsoft Office Credentials
Delete each line
Search again for Online
You should see login.microsoftonline.com
Delete the account with your credentials

Your issue should be resolved.
