Another account from your organization is already signed in on this device, Try a different account Error in Windows.
- On your Mac open keychain
- Click on login
- Search or office
- Scroll down to where you see Microsoft Office Credentials
- Delete each line
- Search again for Online
- You should see login.microsoftonline.com
- Delete the account with your credentials
Your issue should be resolved.
